Latest Hawaiian 105 KINE Traffic and Weather Together from the Mornings

Billy V. In The Morning!

Aloha from Honolulu! Here's the repository for items relating to our show, our radio station, our corner of Paradise in the Pacific!

Just FYI: Hawaiian 105 KINE Quickie questions are about 6:35 in the mornings and your Hawaiian 105 KINE Local Speed Trivia is about 7:35am HST. Make sure you check out our rules regarding all radio contests.

I'm always out and about for events from the radio station, University of Hawai'i Athletics and sometimes with our television partners KGMB9. Either way, you'll always find the latest listings of events right here!

The beauty of 'Iolani Palace

There is a new film about the life and times of our Princess Ka'iulani that wraped up it's shooting earlier this year at 'Iolani Palace this weekend. It's about the Princess and the time where the Kingdom of Hawai'i is overthrown; and the Princess' efforts to get that turned around.

In doing the film, they tried to return the Palace to it's granduer back in the day for the camera lens. With a little photoshop, we've also tried to recreate for you as well.

There is even a small little controversy surrounding the film and script...you can see the video and the rest of the pictures HERE .

We talk with the Mayor on Thursdays! Have questions or comment for the Mayor, email us so we can ask him on Thursdays!!
