I was involved with the RAF Christmass Island H-Bomb tests in 1959. I was part of the what was called operation Grapple and our job was to test Atom and H-Bomb over Christmas Island.
I did not agree with but it was my duty as an RAF pilot in fact my feelings were very much against these tests.
We used to listen to the Oasis Club broadcast from Hawaii and now your program returns fond memiers of that time.
