STAY AWAY FROM ROCKY LEDGES ALONG THE AFFECTED SHORES.
INEXPERIENCED SWIMMERS SHOULD STAY OUT OF THE BREAKERS. MARINERS
SHOULD BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WHEN APPROACHING THE SURF ZONE.
