Winner Must:
- Bring Valid I.D.
- Claim prizes during prize pick-up hours IN-PERSON within two (2) weeks from date of prize win
- Be 18 years or older or be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of pick-up
- Wait at least 30 days from the date of win before playing any contest on ALL Summit stations
*Probationary period pertains to ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS & may vary up to 90 days depending on prize value. (Under $100= 30 days, $100-299= 60 days, Over $300= 90 days) - Provide individual social security numbers for tax purposes as Summit Media is mandate by the IRS to report individual year-end prize winning values that total $600 or more accumulated across all Summit Media Stations. Summit Media is required to furnish those individual winners with a 1099 form to file along with their annual income taxes.
SUMMIT STATIONS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE AND/OR VOID A PRIZE WIN AT OUR DISCRETION OR IF WINNERS ARE NOT COMPLIANT WITH ALL RULES AND POLICIES ELIGIBLE TO PLAY AGAIN ON:
